When booking and paying for any consultation or package with Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant, you agree to the following:
I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS(safe sleep), AAP(American Association of Pediatrics), WHO(world health organisation) recommendations and guidelines.
I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.
I agree to disclose any medical condition to Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant which my baby has.
Full Payment for all packages is required prior to commencing. Once the payment is received in full, you will receive acknowledgment and approximate time of receiving your plan. In-home Packages and Workshops will be confirmed once payment has been made.
Booking time does not guarantee time slot, timings maybe be adjusted to best suit appointment.
Follow-up Support: Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant services include 4-6 follow-up 15-minute phone calls, depending on the service package. These calls are scheduled in advance, and in the event of a missed call, I will follow up with a text message. We strive to reach out every 48 hours after missed follow up phone calls. If messages remain unanswered, Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant will assume that further assistance is unnecessary. Follow-up support concludes one-two weeks post the initial consultation, with no extensions unless additional support is booked.
I agree to the information surrounding my baby to be used in case studies, no identifying information will be used, all names will be changed.
Should illness or other unforeseen circumstances arise and we are unable to go ahead with this booking, you will have 6 months to reschedule (pending availability).
Inner, Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western Brisbane suburbs do not require a travel fee, however an additional fee will be charged outside of these regions. It it advised to confirm location prior too booking.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this policy
Cancelation Policy
A full refund will be provided for cancellations with more than 48 hours notice.
Cancelation with less than 48 hours notice prior to a scheduled consultation will result in a refund of only 50% of the consultation package.
The Client agrees to provide Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant with 48 hours notice should they need to reschedule their consultation to a different day.
Should the Client choose not to proceed after the initial consult, once the plan has been provided or at any stage during the follow-up period, the Client will not be eligible for a refund.
If the Client becomes uncooperative or threatening Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
Should you need to put the program on hold after commencement of the program, arrangements will be at the discretion of Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant.
There is no magic wand or guarantees as the child's progress highly depends on the parent's ability to consistently implement the changes set forth by Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We only have access to collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give us such as; name, address, phone, and billing information via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your personally identifiable information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share it with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide your services, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

If you have concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue we urge you to contact your doctor or GP immediately. The information written on this website and your baby's sleep plan is not intended nor is implied to be a substitute for medical advice and should be treated as informative and educational purposes only.
Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen.
Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, this website, or from your reliance on any information provided at this website or by the Consultant.
Prices are subject to change at anytime, without notice.
Use of this site is at your own risk, the materials, information, products and services offered on or through the site.
Travel Fee: For services provided outside the Brisbane area, a travel fee of $50 will be applicable. This fee is intended to cover travel-related expenses and additional time required for journeys beyond the Brisbane area. The exact locations considered "outside Brisbane" will be determined by Perfect Timing Sleep Consultant. Clients will be notified of this fee in advance and it will be clearly outlined in the service information. The travel fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable once the agreement has been confirmed.
