1 hour Phone Consult

$250

This package offers you a chance to chat to Nicole on the phone.  This is designed for those family who would prefer to not have an in-home consultation or are not located in Brisbane.  This package can be just as effective as an in-home consultation however, rather than having Nicole with you in person, she will guide you through the process via phone and email.  This consultation package is suited for all ages with tweaks to best suit your child’s age.

 This package includes:

  • A 1-hour phone call with Nicole to discuss your current sleep issues, including the completion of a comprehensive intake form.

  • Nicole will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to perform your chosen method, ensuring you feel 100% confident in carrying this method out independently.

  • A personlised sleep plan – emailed usually 48 hours after the phone consult (depending on current wait times)

  • Nicole will discuss the various sleep training techniques from gentle hands on sleep training to cry based methods, and the pro’s and con’s of each method to suit your child and family.

  • Ongoing follow-up support from Nicole via phone calls and email for one week after your initial phone call to ensure your sleep goals are achieved.

  • Follow up support can be extended if you wish for a small extra fee.

  • You have the opportunity to speak with Nicole for 4 x 15 min follow up call, at any point during that week, to address any burning questions. This will be booked in advance.

  • Sleep log collect and ananlysed.

What is a sleep plan? A sleep plan is specifically tailored to best support your child's sleep needs. This plan includes a personalised, age-appropriate nap schedule designed to suit your family's lifestyle, including all relevant information such as creating the perfect sleep environment, nutrition intake, dropping night feeds. Your customised plan provides detailed information in continuing to improve your little ones' sleep in the future, such as when to drop naps and handling sleep regressions.
